Dr. Deepa Vaid - MDS (Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics) Specialist in Microscopic Root Canal Treatment and Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry Dr. Deepa Vaid is a highly experienced Endodontist and Restorative dentist with expertise in microscopic root canal treatment, biomimetic restorative dentistry, cracked teeth, dental trauma and aesthetic rehabilitation. She firmly believes that there is no substitute to natural teeth and is committed to preserving natural teeth through evidence-based, minimally invasive treatment supported by modern dental technology.

After completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Mauras College of Dentistry and Oral Research Centre in 2011, Dr. Vaid gained valuable clinical experience while practicing independently as a Dental Surgeon at a charitable trust in Vadodara. She then pursued her Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from K.M. Shah Dental College and Hospital, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth University, graduating in 2015. Dr. Vaid is the Co-founder of D&D Dental Clinic & Implant Center, Chanakyapuri, Ahmedabad, where she practices alongside her husband, Dr. Dwij Kothari. Their practice focuses on advanced, patient-centered dentistry with special emphasis on microscopic endodontics, adhesive and biomimetic restorative dentistry, and preserving natural teeth whenever clinically possible. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Vaid serves as a Consultant Endodontist at multiple dental clinics across Ahmedabad. She is also actively involved in academics as a Reader at the College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre, Ahmedabad.

Driven by a passion for teaching and professional development, Dr. Vaid is a mentor at Evident Dental Academy, where she trains dentists in both basic and advanced endodontic procedures. She has also mentored a workshop on biomimetic restorative dentistry educating dental practitioners of Udaipur. She regularly participates in Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programs, workshops, and national and international conferences to stay updated with the latest advancements in dental science and technology.

Dr. Vaid has a strong interest in clinical research and has authored several publications in reputed national and international peer-reviewed PUBMED indexed journals. Dr. Dwij Kothari - MDS (Prosthodontics & Implantology) Dr. Dwij Kothari was born in Gandhinagar and graduated from St. Xaviers, Loyola, Ahmedabad in 2006. He attended Mauras College of Dentistry and Oral Research Center and obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2011. He worked independently as a dental surgeon at a private dental clinic in Ahmedabad for one year. He attended Darshan Dental College and graduated with a Master of Dental Surgery in the field of Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge in 2015. Dr. Kothari currently resides in Ahmedabad. He works at his own private practice alongside his wife, Dr Deepa Vaid, at D & D Dental Clinic, Chanakyapuri , Ahmedabad. He has sound knowledge and a keen interest in implant dentistry and maxilla-facial prosthesis. His clinical expertise is mainly focused on smile designing and veneers. He also works as a consultant in the field of Prosthodontics and Implantology in and around Ahmedabad. He is one of the founding members of the Evident Dental Academy which provides basic and advanced dental courses. He attends several CDE programs and conferences and has publications in national and international journals. Dr. Kruti - MDS (Periodontists and Implantologist) Dr Kruti is a dedicated periodontist committed to preserving the health, function, and longevity of natural teeth and dental implants through comprehensive, evidence-based care. She completed both her graduation and MDS residency in periodontology from AMC Dental College, Ahmedabad, in 2024. She focuses on the prevention and treatment of gum disease using advanced techniques, including soft tissue laser therapy and minimally invasive procedures. Her expertise extends to periodontal plastic surgery, regenerative treatments, and the management of compromised implants. Believing that oral health is closely linked to overall well-being, she develops individualized treatment plans that prioritize long-term health.
